The Marketing Manager will leverage their healthcare & marketing experience and be part of a team to create and execute marketing plans to promote ABILITY's innovative applications to help health care providers and payers simplify administrative and clinical complexities. The successful candidate must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, have a strong attention to detail, be results-oriented and be able to effectively lead collaborative marketing initiatives.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating marketing strategies that accelerate meaningful lead and demand generation resulting in increased sales revenues. The individual will be Marketing's Subject Matter Expert and will assist in crafting key messaging and product positioning. The position will also be responsible for the creation and development of innovative marketing campaigns to drive an ROI using email, social media, pay per click and other marketing mediums. Attention to detail and the ability to lead marketing initiatives across the Marketing department and allied teams is a must.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility is creating marketing campaigns & plans, which result in lead generation to support the sales teams with meeting corporate goals
Works with the team to develop and oversee the execution of email, social media, PPC, direct mail, tradeshows, webinars, and other strategies
Support and assits with the development of marketing collateral for customer and prospect messaging
Tracks marketing activities and results, and stays abreast of pipeline contribution and growth
Develops a deep understanding of our customers – how they buy, why they buy, when they buy, and how best to reach them
Achieves certifications on ABILITY applications and serves as a resource to the Marketing & Sales team on messaging and positioning.
Works with Product Management and Sales Strategy develop winning strategies for competitive positioning.
Develops and maintains relationships with consultants and industry influencers in the assigned market.
Participates in State and National Associations and their respective tradeshows as needed.
Stays up-to-date with industry and regulatory trends that influence product requirements, purchasing and utilization;
Other duties as requested and/or determined; and
Comply with all companies' policies and procedures.
Bachelor's degree in related field.
Minimum of 8 years multi-channel marketing experience.
Minimum 5 years of B2B Marketing experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience drafting and executing marketing plans.
Ability to think strategically and tactically while delivering results in a high-change, fast-paced work environment.
Strong project management and time management skills.
Understanding of segmentation analysis and targeting and Knowlegable in budget management, planning, and tracking.G
Industry knowledge of healthcare administrative or clinical transactions/workplaces:
Experience presenting influencing cross-functional teams at all levels of the company
Experience with Robohead, Marketo, Salesloft; and
Vendor and agency management experience.
