The position will be remote but they want candidates who are close to any site such as Silicon Valley, Philadelphia, Wilmington and Los Angeles.
Marketing Program Manager – Vacuum Products

This involves working across multiple functions to lead marketing program identification, development and execution for successful promotion and revenue growth of the portfolio, for the AFO region. The position requires strong marketing program and campaign design skills, including an ability to understand customer needs and translate these needs into successful marketing programs and campaigns that drive revenue growth and add a new dimension to customers’ interactions with the Company.
Collaborating with the Global Marketing Program Manager to define customer-centric marketing program strategies to capture market share for Vacuum products; ensure AFO efficacy of global programs; align on AFO execution of global programs;
Collaborating with Regional Sales Management to analyze competitive information, market and customer data to facilitate effective program development that meets region-specific needs;
Developing marketing communications, and collaborating with the media team, to develop innovative and effective campaign plans, with the appropriate marcom mix.
Measuring and evaluating the short- and long-term impacts and return on investment of programs. Implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement of program strategy & design, as required.
Communicating proactively with business stakeholders on campaign schedules, objectives, and performance.
Undergraduate degree in Science, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent degree, along with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience developing marketing programs and campaigns to drive demand for new and existing products
Experience with Digitally enabled campaigns like SEM or Programmatic.
Experience with Social Channels based Campaigns (ie FB, Youtube, LinkedI, etc)
Demonstrated results orientation, including developing fact-driven, business goal-focused plans that align with strategic objectives
Effective project management and organizational skills
Clear and compelling writing skills; strong oral communication skills; strong content presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals cross-organizationally, cross-functionally and within a global matrix
Strong initiative and creativity
Proven ability to understand the needs and buying influences of a scientific target audience
