Location: We are looking for individuals in locations with ready access to customers in the New England area. Candidates should live near a major airport, and be prepared to travel very extensively within the sales region.
Reporting Relationship: Account Executive reports directly to the VP of Sales - East
The Opportunity: The Account Executive is responsible for contributing to our continued growth and success by building market share and selling the MDM Platform suite in their assigned region. The Account Executive will drive and proactively manage all aspects of the sales cycle from lead generation through interest, proof, proposal, pricing, and negotiation and closing. Success in this role is measured directly from generation of sales revenues for on-premise and cloud based subscriptions in the territory and meeting the agreed sales targets for all of the software suite and professional services.
Candidates should have enterprise software sales knowledge/experience, and be technically adept. Experience selling the Microsoft Application Platform or other enterprise-grade CRM applications is preferred.
Responsibilities: Specifically, the Sr. Regional Account Executive will perform or lead the following activities:
Background/Experience: Top candidates will have at least 5 years of successful sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year experience in the enterprise software market. The successful candidate must demonstrate a desire to learn, adapt and continually apply learned skills to the ongoing sales process. Experience selling the Microsoft Application Platform or other enterprise grade CRM applications is a advantage. The individual will be a proven self starter and will be able to work with minimal direct supervision. He/she will also be have a strong desire to quickly become technically proficient in the Maestro product and the related Microsoft product with the ability to get hands on being essential. The ideal candidate will have or demonstrate an ability to develop the following skills:
