Job Description

  • The primary responsibility is to support the existing or implement new messaging Infrastructure
  • Install, Configure, Maintain and troubleshoot Exchange servers
  • Configure, Maintain & troubleshoot DAG
  • Migration and Upgrade experience of Exchange Server and Skype Servers, upgrade Exchange 2013 hybrid with office 365 to Exchange 2016 hybrid with office 365
  • Configure, maintain and troubleshoot Office 365 environment
  • Manage and monitor Office 365 services and hybrid infrastructure.
  • Deep Knowledge of Office 365, Exchange Online, Intune / MDM, Skype Online, Teams, Stream and Groups.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and it’s interaction with Active Directory.
  • Install, configure & troubleshoot Microsoft Lync / Skype for Business Server 2015
  • Responsible for design, configuration, administration and support activities for MS Skype/Lync VoIP systems.
  • Knowledge of Audio Conferencing in Office 365, Set up Skype for Business Online, Manage Dial plan in Skype, Configure High Availability of Skype Server and Skype Voice.
  • Knowledge on Skype Reporting, Call Analytics and CQD
  • Set up your network for Skype Meeting Broadcast
  • Troubleshoot Lync client issues related to IM, Voice, Video, Desktop Sharing, etc
  • Unified Messaging, Active Directory, LDAP, Kerberos and DNS.
  • PowerShell cmdlet and scripting knowledge
  • Understanding of firewall requirements needed for all Office 365 functions.
  • Support of Office 365 mobile applications.
  • Experience with Azure AD user management both for Office 365 and third-party services
  • Experience managing directory sync into Azure AD and deep knowledge of OKTA, ADFC and Azure AD Sync for Federation, authentication, SSO and directory sync with Azure AD
  • Experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Cisco IronPort ESA and MSA.
  • Deep Knowledge on Cisco IronPort Appliances and Cisco AsyncOS, commands for IronPort appliances.
  • Experience with Splunk.
  • Escalation point for L1 & L2
  • Day-to-day Operation issues, Service Requests and Project tasks related to Messaging infrastructure
  • Problem determination and resolution within SLA's
  • Configure, Maintain and troubleshoot connectors, Email Address Policies, CAS Arrays etc.
  • Responsible to support, troubleshoot and provide solutions for: Microsoft Lync, Exchange, Active Directory and Certificate Services.
  • Responsible for providing senior level of support for Exchange Team.
  • Engage with monitoring team to ensure proper monitoring of all supported Messaging Applications.
  • Must be able to produce detailed, accurate technical documentation.
  • Must have solid past L3 experience on MS-Exchange.
