Primary Responsibilities: Provide global oversight for the Dynamics 365 CRM platform. Play multiple roles â€“ BSA, PM and Tech Expert Produce documentation including requirements, business processes, and training materials Perform functional and technical system activities including business process configuration, coordinate testing, work with offshore team and vendor on development activities, manage project queue and scheduled releases etc. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define the IT roadmap, prioritize projects and enhancement requests, analyze business benefits and/or operational efficiencies, map business processes, implement creative and effective solutions Facilitate unit, integration and user testing including documentation of test scenarios and oversight of testing progress for projects and production support Required Skills /Experience Minimum of 8+ yearsâ€™ BA experience, ideally in the high tech/software Industry, with primary focus in Sales & Marketing Dynamics CRM hands-on experience and certification is highly.
