Duties and Responsibilities

  • Train client staff on effectively using the Windows environment and common Windows applications

  • Train client staff on effectively using the Apple OS X environment and common Mac applications
  • Identify training needs and develop new training initiatives
  • Create and deliver training and documentation for client site software roll-outs
  • Effectively conduct training sessions via one-on-one training, group trainings, and webinars
  • Modify class designs and materials based on attendee's and Manager's feedback or changing objectives
  • Contribute to the development of users' skill set and day to day functionality
  • Provide post-training support as needed
  • Define and document client business functions and processes, as well as technological needs
  • Analyze the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new technology and systems and enhancements to existing technology and systems
  • Determine client business requirements using a variety of methods such as interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, site visit
  • Develop business process descriptions, use cases, business analysis, and workflow analysis
  • Prepare accurate and detailed requirement specification documents
  • Research and propose technological solutions to client problems
  • Revise and create in-house policies and procedures as well as KB documentation
  • Facilitate improvements at client sites through Lifecycle Management methodology.


Skills and Specifications
  • In depth experience with user level operating systems and productivity applications
  • In depth experience with cloud productivity suites to include: Microsoft Office 365 and Google Apps
  • Superior communication, writing and diagnostic skills
  • The ability to organize competing tasks and projects to see them through to completion
  • A willingness to take on additional responsibilities
  • Maintain training resources and equipment
  • Provide technical research assistance for desktop applications
  • Ability to analyze, document and effectively communicate complex business processes
  • Ability to think analytically, outside-the-box, and dive to the root cause of situations

  • Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize appropriately

  • Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information as well as recognize what is superfluous

  • Strong analytical and product management skills required, including
  • Ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, preferably Office 2016

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Office 365 is highly desired
