Mid-Level IT Administrator
A well-established technology company is seeking Mid-Level IT Administrator to join our IT team supporting our Columbia Maryland offices. We are looking for someone that has a great attitude, the desire to learn, solid technical skills, an outstanding customer service focus to support the local office as a member of the Enterprise IT team. This role could be described as a customer focused jack-of-all trades! Ideally, the candidate will have 8+ years of progressive hands-on Enterprise IT experience in System Administration, Tech Support and Customer Service with proven success supporting highly technical engineers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
In your position as Mid-Level IT Administrator, you will be the local IT “go to” person at this office while working with other IT folks across the team to support all users and maintain our Enterprise IT environment. In addition, you will collaborate with your teammates, peers and leadership to identify opportunities for continual improvement that positively impact the Company, IT, security and the user experience. In short, you are a self-starter that likes challenges, working with a good team and wants to join a forward leaning organization in our pursuit of building a world-class IT enterprise.
Qualified candidate will possess the below expertise and be able demonstrate the depth of their knowledge during an interview:
You do not need to be an expert in every aspect of Information Technology, but you must possess a good attitude and desire to learn.
