Job Description

Our Client A Fortune 500 Real Estate Company is seeking a talented Mobile Application Support professional with experience in mobile technology to join our team. The team is responsible for developing and supporting mobile applications used by our Global Workplace Solutions clients throughout USA.

Skills & Experience Required

2 -5 Years of mobile (and Web Preferred) experience
Proven experience handling complex L2 and L3 issues related to application running on Android/iOS
Experience with Swift, Java/Android frameworks, Angular.JS or React.JS frameworks.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science/Software Design, Computer Information Systems or equivalent.
Experience with mobile technology and systems infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Specify, implement, and maintain mobile applications.
Conduct root cause analysis, help in resolution of problems using defined problem management procedure, and help in application and production support and maintenance of customer applications.
Oversee daily support operations. Provide level II & III end-user support for software issues.
Provide recommendations of program changes to correct software problems.
Responsible for remote support, troubleshooting, monitoring, documenting and resolving high level of service to clients, including vendor escalations.
Develop support processes for Mobile Applications,
Ensure efficient planning and execution for mobile application deployments.
Working closely with colleagues in US as well as collaboration with software development team to provide high level mobile application support.
