Job Overview - Mobile Device Technical Support - Phone/Tablet

Customer is hiring two resources local to Pittsburgh to assist with phone/tablet (endpoint) rollouts

The have documented processes/procedures. Resouces will execute and assist.

Duration is 6 months with potential for extension.

You will field calls from hospital staff, including physicians, nurses, administrative staff, etc. specifically related to their Apple & Samsung devices.

Apple devices (iphone, ipads, laptops)

Samsung devices (android OS, phone, tablets, laptops)

A portion of their staff is still on MSFT In-tune, but everyone is moving to VMWare WorkspaceOne, so experience with one of those MDM tools is nice to have, but not required.
