Lead Mobile Manual QAs

Must have Mobile experience

Must have Manual QA experience

Must have Quality Center (ALM)

Preferred Native App experience

 

5 - 7 years. Responsible for validating that related activities function as designed. May include: functional, regression, integrated and performance testing, test data management, test environment management, and test batch support and operations. Will ensure adherence to enterprise testing standards, frameworks, and controls

We are looking for a highly-motivated self-starter, proficient in multi-tasking, who can:

  • Help explore new capabilities in the Mobile Channel by pursuing Proof of Concept work. Specifically, reviewing alternative solutions and the estimated cost as well as creating a recommendation on the preferred technical approach
  • Navigate industry and competitor best practices
  • Gather end to end estimates across multiple middle and back end technology teams
  • Provide architecture/design proposals for solutions
  • Provide System Analysis support for efforts before projects are slotted against a release
  • Support mobile client project teams with Enterprise Change methodology, processes, deliverables, etc. as teams move through the various stages of the program or project life cycle.
  • Facilitate business and technology project routines to support the active management and disposition of decisions, issues, risks and TARs. This facilitation is expected to leverage core BAC program/project management tools, including SharePoint, PPRT, Discovery, PCM, etc.
  • Understand and make connections across the mobile, OLB, and upstream tech partner portfolios to ensure cross-platform dependencies, risks, etc. are identified and managed to conclusions
  • Communicate, influence, and negotiate to obtain agreement between partners and escalating items, when needed, to ensure execution activities remain on track
  • Help improve various governance and portfolio update forums and insert the function at the appropriate points in the agile lifecycle
