Position: Mulesoft Developer
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Location: Negotiable

Implement and design SOA based solution within ESB (Mulesoft) using Mulesoft Anypoint Studio to integrate bank core systems and other legacy applications for Hancock Bank and 3rd party vendors. • Implement and design web services, servlets, J2EE applications using Anypoint Studio; unit test and deploy them in process server/ integration server/IIS. • Install/deploy services in Mule server using MMC DEV server or Anypoint Runtime Manager (ARM).• Collect requirements, analyze and interact with consumers to better understanding of requests and write technical spec as needed• Design and create schema and WSDL/RAML contracts for consumers to communicate with Hancock bank web services.• Provide support to integrate Consumers to MuleSoft and Providers.• Evaluate interrelationships in services to determine how changes to the services will affect other areas• Consult with internal/external clients/departments to insure complete understanding of requests and provide satisfactory outcome• Provide technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or questions with programs• Determine and resolve problems with other programmers and system users across applications to determine root cause of problem.• Confer with vendors/users to gain an understanding of necessary program changes to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs.• Monitor and maintain services after implementation for accuracy and efficiency.• Determine and resolve problems with other programmers and system users across applications to determine root cause of problem.• Confer with vendors/users to gain an understanding of necessary program changes to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs.• Monitor and maintain services after implementation for accuracy and efficiency.• Mentor team members on the standards and practices that we follow to create web services • Meet project deadlines within budgeted target plans

Provide support for services by assisting with maintaining, developing, and modifying services/applications and reports as needed.• Provide 24/7 support for web -services and applications by responding to support tickets. • Modify and provide 24/7 support for services running on MuleSoft.• Provide after hours support in debugging production issues, modifying applications and problem solving.• Maintain and modify services as needed via SNOW to include upgrades, fixes, corrections, and enhancements. • Provide technical and application support in a timely manner as required by standards. • Progress review by supervisor • Accuracy of resolutions • Timely resolution of Jira and ServiceNow tickets
