Allen, TX (Remote but must live in Allen, TX)
Host technical IT calls with customers to discuss deployments and identify any potential issues
Modify existing configuration templates for wireless access points and radios for upcoming customers
Validate devices and configurations of equipment after they arrive onsite and are connected to the network.
Must have working knowledge of network troubleshooting commands in both Windows and Linux environments.
Transfer all IT related documentation to software deployment specialists.
Attention to detail and strong documentation skills are required.
Initially will start at Allen, TX but will eventually go remote - During training takes about Month
New position - looking to have someone that will have the intimal it calls with the customer (Police department),
Will assist with customer with Network set up and IP and identify any potential
Current team - install server, vehicle installs, configure, updating and officer training - build the radio and access point configuration - not the typically 2- way communication device, these are Wi-Fi radio -
Customer service experience - over the phone
Need to be very versatile
Windows exp is a requirement
Remote login to the service and do simpler command to test access point - very scripted
