Location: Raleigh, NC
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Network Management Operations Help Desk Technician
JOB TITLE: Lead Engr(Spec)-Lifecycle A&E MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important): 5 years minimum experience in a network troubleshooting position. CCNA minimum. Experience with Routers and switches in WAN/LAN environment. High level of experience in troubleshooting routing issues. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to work in remote situation. High speed Internet at remote location. DESIRED SKILLS: BS in engineering or equivalent technical field. CCNP certification or higher desired Experience with Juniper, Viptela, Versa devices. JOB DUTIES: Candidate will be responsible for providing high level support to our managed customers. This will require the engineer to work directly with the customer in resolving break/fix or change management situation. This resource will also work directly with other internal teams on the support efforts of our managed customers. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: Desired BS in technical field CCNP or higher certification LOGISTICS: This individual will work Monday-Friday 8-5
