Job Description

Information Technology Strategies, LLC. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiatives in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking one (1) Network Operations Manager to work for our company. 


  • The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be responsible for the following:
  • Responsible for supporting the restoration of network infrastructure, and service operation as quickly as possible to minimize the impact to business operations. 
  • Responsible for planning and coordinating all activities required to perform, monitor, and report on the incident remediation efforts. 
  • Responsible for communicating with the CBP Incident Manager and other government POCs for all Incidents.
  • Shall act at the contract Point of Contract (POC) for all Major Incident support and coordination. 
  • Responsible for the effective implementation of the company’s Incident Management process and ensuring that incidents are managed and reported in accordance with the Incident Management process. 
  • Shall be the representative for the first stage of escalation for Incidents. 
  • Responsible for managing Tier 1 and Tier 2 incident responses. 
  • Responsible for ensuring that all incidents are properly resolved and closed. 
  • Responsible for providing recommendations to the company’s Incident Manager for the continuous improvement of Incident Management Process.




  • Must have BS, BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, Telecommunications.


  • A minimum of 10 years’ of industry experience.


  • Must have the ability to obtain a DoD & DHS security clearance.  (An active DoD & DHS clearance is highly preferred.)


  • Must have strong organizational and analytical skills that include the ability to respond to changing needs and shifting priorities while minimizing project impact.


  • Must have excellent presentation verbal / written communication skills.


  • Highly proficient in basic analytical software such as Microsoft Excel and Access, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, to include Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.


  • ITIL Certification required


  • CCNP- or CCDP or CCIE with routing and switching/Firewall (FW)/load balancing SME with 6+ years
