This highly visible role will report to the Operations Manager and work closely with the IT Leadership team and IT Division leads as the Manager of Network services. The Network Service Manager is responsible for delivering and managing CLIENT’S Network service end-to-end. This includes establishing service objectives aligned to CLIENT’S business outcomes and strategies, establishing and monitoring performance metrics to deliver these objectives, managing total delivered cost and identifying and mitigating risk. The manager is also responsible for ongoing process improvement. This position will be critical to the success of IT and our portfolio of companies, playing a key role as the company continues its aggressive growth in the industry, as well as playing a key role in CLIENT’s move to cloud services.
