Retail Digital experiences and capabilities connect and bring to bear all digital and physical touchpoints to better serve our store athletes and consumers 1:1 and at scale. This role will support globally distributed cross-functional teams in the execution of our vision and strategy as we accelerate growth of the Nike Direct business.
What you bring
Extensive project management experience, developing and managing schedules, scope, budgets, resource plans, issues, and risks
Comprehensive understanding of software development processes, including continuous delivery, DevOps, Scrum, Agile, Capabilities organization models, and Kanban
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in an ambiguous, matrixed, fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology, retail or e-commerce Key accountabilities
Drive measurable results and influence others towards business objectives regardless of reporting structure
Intake high-level business needs and translate them into technical requirements and tactical plans
Lead and run ambiguous critical initiatives across many functions, including defining scope, identifying tradeoffs, and capturing educated estimates to support commitment and planning decisions • Connect with executives and partners to keep the project aligned with their goals
Formulate and drive impactful recommendations to tackle sophisticated problems
Cultivate a culture of inclusion and promote a growth mentality among teams and collaborators
Hold cross-functional partners accountable when there is a need to scope flexible engineering solutions fast and efficiently to meet the consumer need
Set the tone of operations by encouraging a culture of trust and collaboration
