We are looking for a Vice President of Sales for our Staffing Division who will have the opportunity to work closely with Sales and Talent Acquisition teams and work with our unique staffing business model.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Add new direct clients or MSPs for IT staffing
  • Responsible for full sales cycle in bringing new clients
  • Make sales presentations to new and existing customers
  • Generate new IT staffing opportunities to place candidates
  • Generate new IT SOW opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategies that will help ComTec become a strategic Contract Staffing solution provider to direct clients and MSPs
  • Oversee the recruiting and account management teams to deliver the customer needs
  • Build long-term relationships with direct clients and helping them fill their technology resource needs and contributing to their growth

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10+ Years of experience in Business Development/ New Client Acquisition in the staffing domain
  • Must have experience onboarding new clients: Direct Clients or MSPs
  • Proven leadership and relationship building skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must be independent and a self-starter
