Senior Security Consultant Role
The following requirements and description are for the two (2) senior security roles.

The Senior Consultant for Office 365 Cloud Security position will deliver subject matter expertise of Office 365 and Microsoft Azure with emphasis in security, architecture design, migration management and support of implementations for large enterprise customers. Must be able to present and interact with client customers, project managers and peers to drive the collection requirements, design and lead technical workshops, construct and test Office 365 security features sets and their integration with existing on-premise security components.

Secondary skills should include knowledge of 3rd party tool capabilities to be implemented in lieu of or integrated with Office 365 security features. Project deliverables typically include: requirements spec, impact assessment, design, test plans, migration approach and installation artifacts. Candidate must be able to support the identification of projects issues, risks and dependencies. Training, mentorship and other growth opportunities are a regular part of this role. Excellent documentation, presentation and communication skills are a must.
Responsibilities: The Senior Consultant for Office 365 Cloud Security will provide subject matter expertise in support of security components within the Office 365 Exchange Online (EXO), SharePoint Online (SPO), OneDrive for Business (ODfB), and Microsoft Azure. To support this requirement, the role requires strong knowledge and expertise with designing, implementing, and supporting the following technologies:

Office 365 Tenant configuration
o Hybrid Modern Authentication
o Hybrid Domain Join
o Access Control
o Conditional Access (CA)
o Seamless Single Sign-On
o Tenant Access Security Controls
Azure Active Directory (AAD) and AAD Connect
o Password Hash sync
Microsoft Federation Integration with Office 365, Azure and Identity Management
o Including Okta Identity Management or compatible integrations
o Identity Governance for Office 365 including SailPoint Technologies
Identity Protection
o Privilege Identity Management (PIM)
o Azure AD Identity Protection
o Okta Multiple Factor Authentication (MFA)
o Okta Conditional Access Management
o Advance Threat Protection (ATP) policies for Office 365 for EXO, SPO, and ODfB
Security and Compliance Center legal and regulatory standards
Office 365 Data Loss Protection (DLP)
o Integration with 3rd party support for Symantec DLP
o Persistent Data Tagging & Encryption
Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB)
o Integration with 3rd party support for McAfee's MVISION or compatible CASB integrations
o Compliance & retention leveraging DLP, CASB, & Native Office 365 capabilities such as retention policies
Azure Key Vault, Bring Your Own Key (BYOK), and Customer Lockbox in Office 365 integrations
Azure Rights Management (RMS) with Azure Information Protection (AIP)
Office 365 eDiscovery & Advanced eDiscovery
Mobile Device Management (MDM) & Mobile Application Management (MAM)
o Office 365 Intune
o Jampf for MACs

Secondary Technologies include:
Exchange Online Protection (EOP) and Office 365 Message Encryption (OME)
Microsoft Advanced Threat Protection suite (Azure and Defender)
Azure ATP (UEBA) and Advanced Threat Analytics
SIEM integration with exist Splunk Service
Defining an eDiscovery framework leveraging O365 native capabilities for Email, SPO, and ODfB
Discuss & identify Operational Requirements to administrator and Mange Office 365
Office 365 Licensing model recommendations leveraging AD groups
Discuss & define requirement necessary to incorporate Provisioning & Deprovisioning of O365 licensing
Additional Requirements:
Recent experience in consulting or working in enterprise customer, minimum of 8 years of experience
Minimum experience of 10-20k seat user environments (or larger)
Preferred 5 years of experience with des
