Operations Analyst II is required to conduct detailed analysis of operational data, processes, and policies that impact a function/departments ability to meet business requirements, including providing recommendations for operational and financial improvements. The candidate provides day-to-day support of operational systems that a function/department supports or owns, including identifying issues associated with daily operations and providing feedback to management on possible courses of action. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and custom applications/programs. Strong organizational and process skills with attention to detail. Must possess strong verbal and written communications skills and presentation experience. Bachelor's degree required and 4+ years of related work experience.
Plans, executes, reviews and leads internal information technology system audits and risk assessments.
Develops and implements an audit and control framework to monitor 3rd party vendor security compliance for potential system integrity exposure and control weaknesses.
Identifies various risks (e.g., financial, operational, compliance) to the organization and makes recommendations for corrective actions/mitigation of risks.
Evaluates complex information systems and controls including but not limited to applications, business control processes, change control management procedures, security, networks, and computer and data center operations.
Reports findings to management and communicates recommendations for corrective actions.
May provide support for vendor risk management and assessment
