Position: Oracle Cloud Enterprise Architect Lead
Location: San Mateo


The Oracle Cloud Enterprise Architect Lead will be responsible for leading the end-to-end architecture for large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM implementation across Architect, Design, to Testing, and Go-Live. The right candidate has excellent communication skills and prior experience architecting large-scale enterprise applications implementation acting as a liaison among project stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to ensure appropriate delivery of technology solutions (enterprise architecture, data modeling and conversion, integration design and development, infrastructure capacity and utilization, backups, disaster recovery, user support, training and documentation) in accordance with business requirements and objectives.
  1. Act the subject matter expert leading clients to architect, design, and implement the Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM solution.
  2. Provide end-to-end technology architecture within the Financials and HCM suite (Data conversion, integrations, reports, localizations, etc).
  3. Provide architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for one or more technology domains.
  4. Establishes best practices and guidelines for usage of the ERP platform
  5. Prepare documentation and present to key business stakeholders and exeutivies to solicit feedback and buy-in (Powerpoint, Word, Excel).
  6. Lead RICE or CEMLI requirements, design, and development through to production.
  7. Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
  8. Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology
  9. Recommend and implement appropriate solutions and enhancements to ensure an improvement in system reliability and performance.
  10. Interface directly with various business units (front-line to VP level) and IT functional areas as it pertains to the ERP implementation
  1. At least 7 years of experience in ERP and HCM implementation architecture such as SAP, Oracle, Workday or Microsoft.
  2. At least 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM.
  3. Oracle ERP Cloud experience in at least one or more of these modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Revenue Management.
  4. Oracle HCM Cloud experience in at least one or more of these modules: Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Payroll, Workforce Management, and Benefits and Compensation.
  5. Previous experience as a lead architect and/or technical lead for the Finance ERP implementation.
  6. Hands-on experience in implementing 3-4 large-scale Finance ERP implementations.
  7. Excellent communication, team management, stakeholder management, and service delivery skills.
  8. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, etc).
  9. Oracle Cloud Certification is preferred.
