Job Description

GoAhead Solutions has a great opportunity for an Oracle Licensing Sales Representative in South San Francisco, CA. This would be a Full-time opportunity.

Job Description:
-Seeking individuals with a solid 3+ year track record meeting/exceeding multi-million dollar quotas selling Oracle Software Licenses and Oracle Hardware into SMB and large corporations.
-Position requires generating, qualifying, developing and closing Oracle software sales.
-Requires extensive knowledge of Oracle Licensing, Contracts, Agreements, as well audit and compliance risks.
-Holistic perspective requires strong technical knowledge of broader technologies and current trends in order to provide context to the client*s licensing environment.
-The role involves a degree of consultative selling.
-Ability to develop strong client relationships as well as relationships across Oracle and VAD.
-Strong record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
-Incumbents are viewed as an expert in the field and are assigned to large, complex, highly visible, strategic, or tactically important accounts.
-Will have a leadership role in sales initiatives both internally and external.

Job Requirements:
-Ability to network and develop strong business relationships with prospects and customers such that they turn to GoAhead for their Oracle software licensing needs and Oracle Hardware needs.
-Responsible for generating leads and submitting proposals to the client utilizing a broad knowledge of GoAhead licensing service offerings.
-Must be able to understand and articulate Oracle licensing to prospects and customers to create vision and strategy for customers.
-Must also be able to understand Oracle*s messaging across multiple lines of business (Technology, Business Applications, BI, Cloud and Hardware offerings).
-Ability to represent and forecast current and future business; develop marketing and sales strategies across the territory.
-Develop strong internal relationships with the Oracle Sales team.
-Previous employment with Oracle Corporation or an Oracle VAR is a plus.
-Must be a self-starter and able to build up presence in the market.

Preferred Education:
-4 year College Degree or equivalent professional experience and/or qualifications.
