Oracle Technical Project Manager
Work you'll do
This role is a Technical PM role to lead the re-architecture/hardware refresh project for the HHS.
Full lifecycle project experience in one or more of the following areas:
Server/Hardward Migration : Technical Project Manager experience on Replatform to Infrastructure/Hardware Refresh
Compute: Infrastructure, Platform Sizing, Consolidation, Tiered and Virtualized Storage, Automated Provisioning, Rationalization, Infrastructure Cost Reduction, Thin Provisioning.
Storage: Storage Capacity Planning, Storage Area Network (SAN) Planning, Network Attached Storage (NAS), Partitioning, Rationalization, Architecture, Design, Data Migration, Synchronization Technologies, File Systems.
Data and Security: Data Integrity, Data Access Management, Master Data Management, and Application and infrastructure hardening.
Network: Software-Defined Networks, Network Capacity Planning, LAN/WAN, BGP, Routing, Proxy Servers, Network Infrastructure Services (DNS, DHCP, CA, Directory Services), Load Balancing, VPN technologies, SSL certificates.
Operating systems and Software: Upgrade Planning and Implementation, Clustering and Grid Computing, and Engineered Systems experience
Infrastructure-Based Processes: Monitoring, Capacity Planning, Facilities Management, Performance Tuning, Asset Management, Disaster Recovery, Data Center support.
Assessment & Authorization: ATO Strategy, Accreditation Boundaries, Impact of FedRAMP on Architecture/Implementation/Operations, Oversight of Federal business impact, FISMA categorizations).
Oracle Enterprise Solutions (OES)
Our Oracle Enterprise Solutions practice provides services from ERP and Cloud Strategy, through Business Transformation and Applications Implementation, to Operate and Cloud Release Management. We modernize our client's business and core environments to leverage technology innovations around Cloud, Digital, Mobility and Social Collaboration. We help our clients address digital transformation by designing modern applications and industry specific solutions to deliver outcomes that improve flexibility, scalability and cost management. Oracle ERP products include Oracle Cloud SaaS, EBS, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards.
Professionals can expect to deliver "heart of the business" projects and work closely with client leaders in finance, logistics, manufacturing, shop floor, scheduling, engineering and design, IT, project management as well as the C-suite including the CEO, CFO, CIO and COO. We assess current business processes and capabilities as part of digital transformation initiatives and support strategic priorities across clients' enterprises.
*Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle technologies such Oracle EBS, Oracle OBIEE and Oracle Hyperion
*Minimum of 10 years of experience, including roles as an enterprise architect, data architect, and infrastructure architect.
*Minimum of 5 years of experience working on large enterprise-wide IT transformation projects.
*Minimum of 5 years of experience Project Management and PMP desired
