Organizational Change Management - OCM - Change Management (100% Remote!!!)

Pro-Impact Solutions, Inc. (Pro-Impact), is searching for Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analysts for long-term contract assignments with one of our premier Fortune 500 clients.

Work you'll do

  • Provides broad scope OCM support for technical projects in the IT space
  • Responsible, with coaching, for the OCM work in smaller or less complex projects
  • Integrates behavioral change management techniques, methodologies, and tools into the project lifecycle
  • Leads OCM inclusion and delivery within the IT project, managing design, production, and delivery of items including but not limited to Benefits Statement, Stakeholder Analysis & Engagement, Change Strategy/Plan, Communication Plan/Product, Change Impact Analysis, Gap Analysis, Training Plan, Production, Presentation, and Strategy/Tools to sustain the change.
  • Works with Lead to set KPIs of project
  • Assists with design and production of training materials
  • Helps in setting Stakeholder engagement strategy
  • Works as a team member with other OCM support professionals
  • Works in a collaborative development environment
  • Contributes to the design, development, and delivery of communications with the project team and business stakeholders.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3+ year of OCM experience
  • Experience applying OCM in the IT project space
  • ACMP/PROSCI training/certification preferred
  • Project Management training/certification

  • Work with internal as well as external resources to achieve project goals
  • Microsoft Office/365 including TEAMS; SharePoint, PPT, Excel
  • Camtasia or other e-learning training software
