PC Support Technician

Roles & Responsibilities

* Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, using proven troubleshooting procedures.
* Experience in Audio Visual (AV) setup and videoconference support, AV equipment maintenance, Setup microphones/speakers and maintenance, and AV control systems.
* Assist with annual inventory scanning and equipment surplus.
* Experience with administration (password resets and etc.).
* Travel required to remote sites to resolve IT related issues..
* Experience in service desk ticketing systems.
* Experience working on Active Directory
* Expertise in SCCM Administration, deployment, packaging, network inventory, boundaries, installer and network designing.
* Knowledge of Crestron, Biamp, Extron, Polycom & Cisco equipment.
* Knowledge of multiple Virtual Meeting platforms such as Teams, Zoom, WebEx, Adobe Connect.
* A+ Certified
