Description of Work:
The ideal individual will have deep experience with enterprise solution architectures with a variety of technologies, but focused in low-code/no-code environments such as Pega Systems.
We are seeking an individual who possess a unique balance of technical depth and strong interpersonal skills to build innovative business solutions using the Pega platform.
The Lead System Architect role is a thought leader who should possess a proven track record of leading technical design in collaboration with business and other technologists.
Work will include design and build components of enterprise applications.
Working on-site at a customer location, this role will work as part of a project team to ensure that the business and technical architecture matches customer requirements
Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities needed:
Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years of work experience; OR Masters and 5 years of experience; OR a minimum 11 years of work experience in lieu of a degree.
Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) certification.
Minimum 8 years of relevant design and architecture experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience implementing and administering Pega middleware application platforms.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a lead in implementing and administering on-premises and off-premises enterprise cloud solution architectures like AWS, Azure, and Red Hat.
Minimum 2 years of experience with Connectors and Services in Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) to integrate with external systems.
Minimum 1 year of experience in creating/validating/maintaining Pega Operations Runbooks and/or Reference Guides.
Minimum 1 year of experience with training team members and other stakeholders in Pega operations and administration.
Ability to work off-hours on an on-call rotation for Pega administration support.
Minimum 1 year of experience with the following:
Documenting Pega Standards and Guardrails
Ability to create system architecture diagrams and documentation for review by both technical and non-technical audiences, as well as interface with the customer on a daily basis.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance.
Candidates with these skills will be given preferential consideration:
Prior government experience a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with process flow documentation creation, presentation and conducting trainings.
Experience in Pega Direct Capture Objective concepts.
