Job Description

We are NGP, Nashville's "hometown" IT Staffing & Consulting firm, and we are searching for an POS Help Desk Manager to support a large Nashville retail organization to manage a new POS Help Desk team. In this role, you will be managing a technical help desk team of 15-20, providing resource scheduling & management, best practices and providing leadership & collaboration where appropriate. Requirements:

  • Technical Help Desk team management experience (required)
  • Ability to lead and provide best practices within a help desk environment
  • Ability to handle the scheduling of help desk resources to provide top-notch technical support to internal clients and teams.
  • Retail or POS (Point of Sale) technical support experience strongly preferred
  • Any Linux or SQL experience is preferred
  • Strong communication & leadership skills
