Job Description

The Partner Solutions Engineer helps potential partners evaluate the technical capabilities of our company. It is a critical role aligned with the Strategic Partner and Engineering teams that expand and enhance our partnership program. Acting as a technical subject matter expert on our systems, they are a trusted consultant for partners and Engineering during the integration process. This internal and external facing position is the technical bridge between us and our partners and is highly visible role.


  • Support our Team to acquire potential partners.
  • Lead technical discussions, demonstrations, and discovery sessions with potential partners.
  • Assess technical fit, define scope of work, and outline integration timeline during partner evaluation.
  • Be a trusted consultant for partners and our companies Engineering to ensure smooth integrations.
  • Establish subject matter expertise for our companies’ solutions and consult partners on best practices.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with partner’s technical team and provide post-integration guidance.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to improve partner and end user experience.


  • B.S. degree in computer science/engineering, or
  • Demonstrable history of successful internal and exter
  • equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years work experience including 3 years in an external technical role, technical sales consulting, or professional services.
  • Experience in the financial technology industry preferred.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Professional presentation skills and the ability translate technical details into business benefits.
  • Knowledge of web services, APIs, and related standards such as HTTP and REST

  • Idea Fluency and Originality/ Problem Solving —Exceptional problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and drive win-win solutions. The ability to come up with a number of ideas about a topic. The ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions. Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

  • Information exchange may include confidential or sensitive information. Revenue generation and relationship building are a primary objective of this position.
