PETADATA is looking for a Pega Lead System Architect

Lead complex software development initiatives, with responsibility, including by
identifying key architectural considerations, dependencies, and risks
Collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to gain consensus on the approach
Creating designs which meet system requirements and anticipate future needs
Writing high-quality code
Delivering reusable libraries and services
Driving adoption of best practices
Guiding release planning efforts
isolating and correcting defect patterns and providing working software to production.
Should be able to interact with different Business teams to understand the functional
design and provide end to end data solution architecture.
Should be flexible time schedules with onshore-offshore models, enthusiastic and
project-oriented team player.
Excellent written, verbal communication skills, and leadership skills to develop creative
solutions for challenging client needs.
Required Experience and Qualifications :
PEGA Certification as an LSA is mandatory
8+ years of hands-on software development experience
Must be well-versed with using the PEGA platform to develop PEGA applications, with
extensive proficiency in design best practices, debugging, and tuning
Must have 8+ years of experience in developing applications with PEGA, preferably
within the motor manufacturing and healthcare domain
Strong client-facing experience
Must have a thorough understanding of the practical application of REST, SOAP, and
Must have demonstrated proficiency with relational database platforms (Oracle, SQL
Server, or Postgres)
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be willing and able to operate independently
Must have experience conducting code inspections and reviews
Must have experience monitoring, debugging, and resolving performance problems
Must have recent working experience with Agile methodologies
Should have participated in a platform migration effort
Should have experience or exposure to continuous integration methods and practices
Should be willing and able to mentor junior engineers
