As a HCM Analyst, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance for WMATA’s HCM application and implement our Human Resources strategy through technology.Our goal is to implement, integrate and configure PeopleSoft 9.1 with solutions that support, strengthen, and enhance WMATA’s HR applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science/Engineering or Information Systems Management
- In lieu of Bachelor’s Degree, a High School Diploma or GED and four (4) years of experience in systems analysis and programming in a web application environment or similar work on applications in a PeopleSoft environment
- A minimum of two (2) years HRIS experience in PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 or greater. Also, must have two (2) years hands on experience in report writing, Query development and data/statistical analysis using SQL/SQR tools. must have Core HR experience any additional experience in the following modules is great: ePerformance, Profile Management, TAM, eComp, Candidate gateway, T&L or Payroll
