RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide PeopleSoft functional consulting services for PeopleSoft Core HR, PeopleSoft Payroll, and PeopleSoft Benefits Administration by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire systems development lifecycle
  • Work on all project phases for PeopleSoft Core HR, PeopleSoft Payroll, and PeopleSoft Benefits Administration, including fit/gap, configuration, and testing
  • Assist clients in fully integrating the PeopleSoft system into their current business environments and provide input on best practices
  • Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
  • Configure the PeopleSoft Core HR, PeopleSoft Payroll, and PeopleSoft Benefits Administration system to meet each client’s unique business requirements
  • Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Report progress to clients and project managers
  • Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering PeopleSoft solutions
  • Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Minimum of five years PeopleSoft experience
  • Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 in the following modules: PeopleSoft Core HR, PeopleSoft Payroll, and PeopleSoft Benefits Administration
  • Upgrade and implementation experience in PeopleSoft Core HR, PeopleSoft Payroll, and PeopleSoft Benefits Administration
  • Ability to work on all project phases for PeopleSoft Core HR, PeopleSoft Payroll, and PeopleSoft Benefits Administration
  • Solid understanding of setup tables and reporting for PeopleSoft Core HR, PeopleSoft Payroll, and PeopleSoft Benefits Administration
  • Solid understanding of integration of all modules
  • Solid understanding of processing requirements for PeopleSoft Core HR, PeopleSoft Payroll, and PeopleSoft Benefits Administration
  • Expert knowledge in PeopleSoft Core HR, PeopleSoft Payroll, and PeopleSoft Benefits Administration
  • Proven business knowledge as well as PeopleSoft specific functional knowledge

  • Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations
  • Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution
