Job Description


Market America, a product brokerage and Internet marketing company that specializes in One-to-One Marketing, is seeking an experienced Presentation Graphic Designer in our MultiMedia environment.


Position Summary

Creates power point and keynote presentations and graphics to promote products, events, and the company s business objectives. In this role you will show:


Proven skills and educational training in typography, layout, composition, color theory, and information design


Be enthusiastic and team-player with a strong work ethic who accepts creative direction and critiques with a professional attitude


Excellent verbal/written/interpersonal/presentation communication skills


Ability to create an elegant, designed feel in programs such as PowerPoint and Keynote that were not written primarily as design vehicles


Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, developing creative design within tight deadlines


Excellent verbal and written communications skills


Professional client service manner and ability to interact with all levels of management


Development and preparation of the graphic design, layout, identity and branding


Outstanding attention to detail and creativity; flexibility and persistence; motivation and energy with the ability to work with little supervision and collaborate with a team


Occasional travel required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


Concept and design presentations for branded product departments


Help develop and execute original concepts for brand presentations, marketing campaigns, events and brand collateral


Contribute to event design for type/ graphic treatments


Accurately follow existing templates and standards for core branded items
Maintain and enforce the company brand standards


Independently adhere to project calendar, manage time and prioritize daily workload.


Must be self-motivated, imaginative, and creative


Conscientious attention to detail


Complies with company policies and procedures.


Performs other duties as needed.




Education and Experience


Two- or four-year degree in Graphic Design


Three to five years of graphic design experience


Or combination of equivalent experience, education, and training.






Proficient use of PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite especially Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, MS Office Products.


Proficiency with the Mac platform


Moderate to above moderate levels of English reading comprehension, speaking, and writing; active listening; critical thinking; organization, attention to detail; problem solving; technical accuracy; and originality.
