Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principle Cyber Systems Administrator to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Ft Meade, MD.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct cybersecurity analysis and support Army Cyber Command for the Joint Mission Operations Center (JMOC) within NSA facilities at Fort Meade, MD and in coordination with Fort Gordon, GA.
Provide technical and programmatic support for hardware/software installations and upgrades, network support, and technical recommendations for future operations.
Maintain systems and coordinate work activities with engineering staff and other service providers.
Able to Monitor and manage system resources to maintain system efficiency. Performs user access functions such as creating user profiles and accounts.
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college and 6+ years of related Systems Administration (SA) experience OR an additional 4+ years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
Experience Installing, repairing and troubleshooting computer hardware.
Must have experience working in a Linux environment.
Must possess a DOD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (examples include: CCNA Security, CySA+**, GICSP, GSEC, Security +CE, and SSCP).
Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Support IA activities such as IAVA patching and STIG compliance.
With coordination with other support elements, ability to support system software/hardware maintenance and data backups.
