Overview: rapidValue is a methodology consisting of Design Thinking, Lean UX, and Agile Principles. We specialize in solving meaningful problems in effective ways with as much customer engagement and feedback as possible.
For both digital solutions and business strategies, we utilize a workshop format that helps our clients identify the customer's unmet need, define the value proposition, and create an action plan to achieve the value proposition. For digital solutions, we go a few steps further by identifying an outcome (not feature) driven Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and designing experiments to validate the value proposition.
Support global product and project teams on Business Value rVR engagements, utilizing the enterprise cross-functional service that infuses Google Sprints, Design Thinking, Product Management, and Agile in support of ideating, incubating, and scaling strategies, products, and projects to deliver on customer and business value.
Provide experimentation (test and learns) support to teams during and where applicable post workshop. This includes but not limited to identifying leading indicators and ways for teams to measure them through experiments to support tracking progress towards their Business Outcomes.
Support Business Value engagements in the design and development of global business strategies, product, and/or investment roadmaps
Support engagements as a "Producer" addressing the logistics and documentation pre/during/post workshop. Plan and coordinate engagements that incorporate Google Sprint, Design Thinking, Product Management, and Agile training and workshops.
Support the head of Business Value in the marketing and adoption of the Business Value Service.
Lead and support efforts with Business Value team members to provide operational support to the service team. This includes but not limited to the management of team roadmap and activities to further scale.
Support and lead efforts to identify and incorporate new ways of working to further evolve Business Value service.
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
Ability to conduct regular stand ups
Assist clients with identifying actual customer's problems vs perceived customer problems across cross business areas
Demonstrate experience taking an idea from conception through analysis into market launch
Strongly involved in strategic and tactical work on a daily basis requiring being able to quickly zoom in and out
Proven ability to manage complexity & thrives in uncertain/ambiguous circumstances
Ability to do customer focused decision making
Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and/or internationally
Strong passion and track record for innovation & will to make things happen & deliver
Ability to connect and effectively collaborate across a diverse group of business stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment
Experience with agile development, design thinking or lean framework experience
Knowledge of the current market healthcare landscape or environment where solution selling is the key driver
Experience working for a mid-size or multinational company
Certified Scrum Master
Certified Product Owner
Lean Six Sigma Certified
The base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $165,000 or the hourly equivalent.
