The Product Manager/Sales Trader is responsible for sales of product, secondary market management, broker channel development, direct broker sales and product market sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

Drives and negotiates broker sales and inventory purchases.

Manages inventory channels and allocates product to deals all in alignment with inventory goals.

Develops solutions and reconfiguration of product and works vendor capabilities based on financial return.

Market Expert in Used IT Inventory.

Master Deal Maker who improves financial position on each product sale or product buy.

Directly provides input into Residual Value process.

Directly sets Fair Market Value for End of Lease, Retail, Wholesale, Buybacks,

Trade-Ins and Sale- Leaseback.
Demonstrates a deep understanding of risk management with brokers to limit bad debt exposure.

Proven ability as a sales leader in the IT market. Strong IT market knowledge.

Ability to move excess equipment into the market at highest possible price to generate high profit margin.

Maintain a strong knowledge of the wholesale market in order to keep our wholesale, retail and business partner pricing competitive.

Ensure that all customer requests are better or met in the expected times Ensure follow-up to all customer requests for quality and competitiveness, provide pricing to win more channel business.

Seek root cause on problem solving and troubleshooting: answer questions regarding configurations, alternative components available for use due to equipment failures, missing inventory, etc

Education and Experience Required:


Education:
Bachelor's degree required, Master of Business Administration (MBA) a plus.

Experience:
8 -12 years of sales experience including 3-5 years of IT Trading Equipment experience a must.
Experience in Information Technology (IT) industry.
Directly related previous work experience.
Demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quota, diversity of business customer, and higher level customer interface.
Extensive selling experience within industry and on similar products.
Typically 8-12 years of advanced sales experience.
Project management skills required.
2-3 years of product sales in the desired specialty.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
