Responsible for oversight and/or implementation of new and/or existing programs. May be enterprise specific or cross enterprise. Requires strong verbal and written communication skills in order to effectively communicate with and to Sr. Management. Must have demonstrated product management experience with exceptional leadership skills. Experience with MS Project, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
Develop the overarching role and scope of craft evaluation criteria for determining fit-for-purpose of various use cases
Constantly advocate for customer-obsessed, rather than business-obsessed, personalization
Provide insights, thought leadership and best practices for personalization and testing opportunities that increase user engagement to drive key business objectives
Create and execute the strategic roadmap for personalization and testing capabilities, including prioritization and agile delivery of those capabilities.
Within existing capabilities, serve as the primary liaison on cross-functional teams to define, prioritize and implement personalized experiences across digital channels throughout the firm
Collaborate daily with digital product managers, UX designers, engineers, data scientists and business stakeholders to promote and evolve a culture of individual customer obsession
Partner with operations, compliance, customer support teams and other stakeholders to define the governance processes required for successful and compliant individualized experiences.
Regularly report on results, program progress, and ongoing learnings and considerations with partners and senior leadership
Develop repeatable data transformations, integrating data from various platform data sources, including ingested data, eligibility, partner ecosystem data, and all forms of interaction data
Analyze data about how individuals use digital tools in order to make services more intuitive and engaging, and the outreach around them more relevant and effective
Check, clean and transform incoming data for data pipelines and outreach (email, SMS, etc) campaigns
Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, program managers and external stakeholders to troubleshoot problems and proactively create solutions
Work both independently and as part of a team to deliver accurate products on short deadlines
