Works within the Product Management department - a company which develops and delivers laboratory informatics software. Helps conduct market requirements analysis and define product and services that address those needs. This position involves close interaction with developers, product architects, professional services, and key customers. Job duties include participating in requirements gathering from existing and potential customers as well as recent evaluators, contributing to market requirements documents, reviewing the Agile product backlogs, and acting as the voice of the customer during the implementation of each product project.
