We are currently assisting our client, a fast-growing technology and security company working on global challenges in public safety, in their search for a Product Manager - Realtime Operations
Location: Seattle, WA. COVID Remote to start possible

Job Summary
You will lead the design and engineering effort to scale our real time operations solution from our initial set of customers to thousands. There are more than 18,000 B2B clients in the United States alone, and many more globally. They all are unique in some way, yet our solution needs to be easy to deploy, configure, and manage. Doing this in a scalable way is critical to the success of our business, and you will make it happen. 
This is a 0 to 1 builder role. We are looking for someone with experience analyzing opportunities and building solutions from scratch. 

Your Day-to-Day
  • Spend tons of high quality time with customers in the field to deeply understand their needs
  • Lead the creation and delivery of the new product line
  • Partner with product design, user research, and engineering to make your vision a reality
  • Engage with a collaborative team of other product managers 
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 4+ years of Software Product Management experience with proven results driving revenue, engagement, and customer delight in Enterprise and/or Consumer environments
  • Experience delivering solutions with deeply technical aspects (data pipelines, machine learning, etc.)
  • Experience solving moderately complex user interaction problems
  • Success influencing and leading engineering and design teams as well as partnering with cross functional leadership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment of consistent growth
  • Strong leadership presence and ability to question and challenge the status quo at all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications
  • Possesses critical thinking and analytical skills, including the capacity to identify, assess and prioritize competing deadlines and needs
  • Ability to strategically execute within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and complex environment
  • Excellent problem solving skills, written and verbal communication
