SADA Systems is looking for a detail-oriented, experienced Product Manager. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong, demonstrable experience running application and development projects. They will lead a cross functional, diverse team from our Headquarters in Los Angeles.  This is an extraordinary opportunity where you can fully develop your career by working with and incredibly talented and creative team in the industry! Primary Duties Include:

  • Solve complex business challenges by taking ownership of product development initiatives from design to deployment
  • Understand users needs, determine functionality, prioritize features, inform technical design and provide feedback.
  • Full product lifecycle and responsibility for its successful execution. This includes everything from tracking technical deliverables, milestone completion, administration, and change management.
  • Work with engineers, designers, and product owner to architect and design new SADA products.
  • Lead, mentor and motivate a team of engineers, designers, and architects.




You Would Be Great For This Position If You Have:

Must have:

  • Excellent communication skills: oral, written, presentational
  • Previous experience building SaaS products for the enterprise from the ground up (we want to see examples of your work)
  • Bachelors Degree in Design, Computer Science or related field
  • Experience leading cross-functional project teams of engineers and designers
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
  • Experience conducting requirements analysis, converting requirements into engineering deliverables, and verifying the deliverables meet the stated requirements
  • Experience with test planning, user acceptance testing, and general QA activities
  • Ability to accurately estimate work effort for projects and manage stakeholder expectations around delivery schedule & releases
  • Experience with project management & code collaboration tools (JIRA, GitHub), to build out project timelines, make assignments, track progress, and use the data to effectively communicate project status to project members and stakeholders

Preferable:

  • Master in Business, Computer Science or related field
  • Strong problem solving and analytical / reasoning skills
  • Strong organization skills, structure, and a process-oriented approach to developing software systems.
  • CSM / CSPO certification
  • 5+ years of product management experience in high tech environment
  • Experience facilitating requirements gathering and refinement.
  • Experience managing engineers
  • Strong technical background
  • A love for cloud computing & positive attitude towards change and ability to adapt
