You will lead and optimize strategic product management activities. Use your experience in product management, financial technology, product operations, and process improvement to bring a rich experience to clients.
In this role, you can expect to:
o Lead and standardize our ongoing product business processes including client onboarding, support, contracting, etc.
o Collaborate with the Program management team and Professional Services team to identify opportunities to accelerate client implementations and improve processes.
o Maintain and lead product pricing and serve as key decision maker on exception pricing requests.
o Work with Sales and Marketing representatives to achieve desired outcomes through successful channel management, adoption, and marketing activities
o Prioritize incoming work to identify areas of focus for future delivery.
o Apply all aspects of the Pragmatic Marketing Framework to the role including identification and solutioning for market problems, build/buy/partner decisions, and go-to-market activities.
o Convey strategic direction to clients.
o Bachelor's degree
o Minimum of ten years of experience in technology/software related product management or financial services product management with a focus on digital
o Experience with product management standards and practices
o Advanced degree
o Pragmatic Marketing certification
