JOB SUMMARY

This entrepreneurial, user-focused Product Manager will be part of the Omni Retail and Mobile Product team, will focus on pushing the boundaries of the omni-channel shopping experience, the brick-and-mortal retail experience through technology that drives customer value, and client and sales associate services. The Product Manager is passionate about intuitive and seamless products, which elevate the customer experiences and empowers the sales associates. The Product Manager understandi user behaviors and translate into user storiesand possess the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to iterate on and prioritize features. This individual will work with scrum teams, other product and tech teams, retail associates and leadership, third party partners, and more to drive product priorities, identify and scope A/B testing and drive concepts from business requirements to launch. The product manager will be responsible for bringing ideas to life and upholding an exceptional mobile and omni experience for our stakeholders. Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Partners with senior leaders to translate business strategies into product strategies, roadmaps, and product specifications that deliver customer benefits, meet financial goals, and ensure that systems and processes are positioned to scale for growth

  • Responsible for maintaining clearly articulated user stories, defining market opportunities, user needs, that provides a foundation for realizing the benefits of the project

  • Defines,tracks and analyzesKPIs to measure product health and success

  • Writes detailed user flows, communicates project scope effectively, and manages products through development, QA, UA Testing, and launch

  • Advocates for product to ensure value is being delivered. Maintains market awareness of industry trends and competitive landscape to help identify necessary updates and new opportunities.

  • Responsible for maintaining a thorough backlog, and breaks projects into attainable milestones, and takes ownership from inception through launch

  • Troubleshoots and researches issues related to changing trends, behaviors, or performance to identify what is impacting the business and determine how to address.

  • Manages vendor partners to help solve customer and business problems and collaborate to drive for new innovations in products and services that best meet business needs and strategy.


Requirement Guidelines:


  • 4 - 7 years of experience working in online/mobile/enterprise product management or support areas; creating innovative, customer-facing features or relevant experience.

  • Product management and related experience leading teams to deploy innovative services and products

  • Verbal and written communication skills Bachelor s Degree in technical related field

  • Organizational skills to assist in managing multiple projects and tasks

  • Ability to multi-task, working independently and to collaborate with cross functional teams


Desirable Skills/Experience:


  • Comfort and/or experience in a fast paced environment

  • Ideal candidate is self-sufficient and highly motivated, self-directed and possess high energy and a passion

  • Bachelor degree in Sciences, Information Systems, Technology, Engineering, Business or other related fields

  • Excellent data analysis skills with strong proficiency in Excel and SQL

  • Critical thinking and complex problem solving

  • Passionate personality
