Job Description



As Product Manager, you would lead a team that ensures our organization can quickly respond to change and effectively manage the way our business functions. Our Product Management leaders head up the systems implementations for our loan management portfolio, working with the IT Team to ensure new features and successfully developed and integrated, and that the products developed are consistent with our business needs. Your project management and prioritization skills, as well as your technical knowledge, will allow you to successfully lead the team that delivers on a day-to-day basis, while guiding your team members and yourself to strive for the next level.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities


Lead a cross-functional team to deliver product solutions enterprise-wide, collaborating with stakeholders to determine, create, translate, and refine a distinctive product vision based on feedback and input from end users and executive thought leaders.


Coordinate with internal business partners to ensure business needs and desired direction are captured and that product visions are executed into executable roadmaps and release plans, while identifying and analyzing determined critical performance metrics and timelines throughout the life of the project.


Review project deliverables and lead the design, resource identification and management, and project approach decisions while ensuring all parties are aware of direction, goals, deadlines, and commitments to be met so that all project stages, including quality assurance and user acceptance testing, are completed at the highest standard, on time, and within budget.


Develop and communicate solutions to manage any issues, risks, or dependencies, and appropriately escalate any concerns that may arise.


Manage the user experience process from a business requirements standpoint, as well as key areas of support, troubleshooting, and end user training.


Build strong, lasting working relationships with cross-functional groups throughout the organization as well as with external vendors to ensure work plans, communications, resources, and overall implementations or programs and plans are synchronized.


Provide strong leadership, guidance, and development to team in order to continuously improve effectiveness while providing strong skills training and development and career opportunities for team members.



Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with strong academic performance
  • 6-9 years within financial services product and program management
  • 5+ years of leadership and management experience
  • A deep knowledge and working understanding of enterprise-wide lending systems and technology
  • Successful experience participating in or leading change initiatives
  • Must be a domain expert within consumer lending
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and naturally curious with a solid understanding of technology
  • Proven ability to manage complex, integrated, multidisciplinary systems
  • Ability to apply broad, integrated perspective when planning, problem-solving, and assessing impact across functional areas
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
