Product Manager

Responsibilities

As part of the product management team, you will:

• Serve as product expert combining industry analysis, end-user feedback and development knowledge to support product vision and roadmap
• Manage products and solutions from conception to adoption
• Define requirements and collaborate with design and development to define, implement, deploy, test, measure and refine new features
• Launch new products by collaborating with sales, relationship managers and client delivery on go-to-market strategies
• Cultivate effective engineering partnerships to deliver world-class solutions, serving as the product owner in an agile environment
• Define data and system requirements to support implementation with the engineering and test teams
• Partner with partner facing organizations to understand business needs and opportunities
• Collaborate with technology teams, UX, and business development partners to determine what features to move forward and in what priority order
• Write market, functional and system requirements documents and ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to business and development teams
• Solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks
• Regularly review metrics and proactively seek out new and improved data/mechanisms for visibility, ensuring your program stays aligned with organization objectives
• Support product releases working in collaboration with engineering/application development counterparts.

Experience and Qualifications

• 3+ years of software product management experience
• Payment technology experience strongly preferred
• Experience validating and quantifying impact of new features through design of effective tests
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including creation and delivery of effective presentations
• Experience leading complex, multi-team products from inception through launch and improvement
• High level of personal initiative to overcome obstacles and drive towards action
• Experience analyzing data, using data to make product decisions.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• BS/BA or equivalent experience
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field or in the alternative a combination of education, certifications and work experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
