Charles Schwab Relationship Solutions Group defines the representative experience and oversees the management of Schwab?s electronic channels and internal platforms used by Schwab service representatives and financial consultants. The group is responsible for providing tools, solutions and experiences that enable clients to achieve their financial objectives, while supporting the strategic growth of the firm. The group supports all of Schwab?s business enterprises and works with a wide range of internal stakeholders including technology, sales and service, strategy and marketing.
The Digital Rep Solutions organization is responsible for supporting and designing client facing rep platforms to drive efficiency through innovation, problem solving, solution design, UX design, and prototyping. Our mission is to deliver an exceptional representative experience and enable the ability to establish, grow and solidify relationships with our clients.
What you?ll do:
The scope of our work includes maintenance and enhancements of the present state of our Financial Planning and Portfolio Management platforms, identifying the strategic and tactical needs of various internal business organizations, and defining an end-to-end future state solution. This will require intensive work with internal business and technology partners, gathering information and synthesizing it into a model that can be understood by personnel not familiar with the details and with reasonable effort. This individual has a keen sense for finding the pivotal aspects of any problem, thinking through different scenarios and personas, identifying functionality central to the solution as well as fringe cases. Clarity of thought and expression, the ability to take strategic and tactical viewpoints, and organizing information in a manner that enables insights are crucial abilities for this position.
