Title : Production Support

Client own a bunch of end users facing research applications which has over 2000 users globally. Client also have an unstructured data platform which powers the research platform and a 100 other applications. This team consumes research data and analyzes research data and comes up with ideas on trading. In addition there are external websites consuming data from their platforms.
These platforms run 24 x 7, even while doing releases.
The plan is to have a 24x 7 support (on call support on weekends remotely)
The issues the support team has to resolve range from running out of disk space to complex issues about how to resolve and application error or data error which is running on multiple nodes in a cluster, resolving memory heap problems, etc. Should be able to do some level of automation of support tasks.
Knowledge of server side java debugging, LINUX, shell scripting and knowledge of databases.
