Role: Technical AWS Connect Contact Center Program Manager
Duration: approx. 3 years
Strong, strategic Program Mgmt experience on large, national, federal programs.
Seasoned technical and PM experience with firm experience on Amazon AWS Connect Cloud Contact Centers.
Evidence of Strong leadership and polished communication, customer relationship and consultative skills.
Proven problem solver/great at risk identification, mitigation, change control, and conflict resolution.
PMP cert highly preferred
Bachelor's degree and 10+ years IT PM experience.
People supervisory and team leadership experience on fed government programs with hybrid teams.
Engaging, motivational personality style, strategic thinker, business operations minded.
Contact Center certifications are a plus.
