Job Description

A Business Programs Project Manager is responsible for driving 1-2 large business programs and 1-2 smaller projects simultaneously. Accountable for delivering projects/programs on time, within budget, and within scope. Establishes and monitors success metrics and provides regular reporting on status, progress, and metrics. Leads and coordinate cross-functional, cross-departmental, cross-company teams that are responsible for all aspects of a project, from initiation to closure. Could be technical or non-technical. PMP certified

 

Experience:

7 years of experience in project management/program management (experience trumps job title)
Private sector experience required (mix of private and public ideal)
Non-IT program management required
PMP Certified
Run program, managing schedules, managing budget
Experience driving project to completion
MS Suite
Understanding of Agile 

Nice to have - experience with public sector initiatives Associate will work with high level leadership both internal and external and must be professional and polished.


Excellent communication skills required
