Job Description

1.Should be able to articulate a program's strategy and objectives

2.should be able to assesses how the program will impact a business.

3.should be able to define and oversee a list of dependent projects needed to reach the program's overall goals.

4.Should be able to Approve and authorize the funding for the program

5.Should be able to speak French

6.Should be able to Coordinate among the various HCL, BRP and required Stakeholders throughout the project.

Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress

Defining the program governance (controls)

Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements

Managing the program’s budge

Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program’s “outcome” with the aid of the business change manager

Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies
