This position will be directly responsible for developing and managing programs to help clients to share their success stories and grow their business - through consultation, education, and support via vendor partners. In addition to developing a high-performing operation, this position will be responsible for working with other teams across Client to improve processes and deploy changes and improvements as needed.

Design and lead regional programs via vendor partners
Deliver against quarterly targets in leads acquisition and qualification, along with customer support goals and customer satisfaction
Monitor progress against goals and manage vendors to meet and exceed operational and productivity metrics
Make data-informed decisions to drive performance, resource allocation and juggle competing priorities
Become an expert in Client solutions for SMB businesses
Work effectively in highly collaborative environment
Manage the escalations across workstreams
Deployment of the training in the timely manner
Identify actionable insights to improve client results and team strategy - regionally and globally
5 or more years of experience with sales, technology, digital marketing, or online advertising
Experience working with and building relationships with Call Centers vendors
Analytical thinker with experience working with data concepts and principles
Critical-thinking and problem-solving experience
Experience prioritizing and focusing on driving growth
Experience building work relationships
COPC certification or previous experience working with outsourced sales vendors
