We are seeking to hire an energetic person who loves people, staffing, sales and always finds a way to get the job done! If you are a closer and have a keen eye for detail, we want to talk. As an IGNW Program Manager you’ll play a critical role for IGNW that is fundamental ensuring the success of our strategic client relationships. If you have a high-sales IQ with an aptitude for administrative and operational duties, you may be a good fit for this opportunity.



  • Manage and administer the entire requisition process for all client partners
  • Be the subject matter expert for each VMS system we work with
  • Manage the life cycle relationship for strategic key accounts, including but not limited to; writing and editing job descriptions, obtaining client feedback to strengthen job value proposition for recruiting team, and meeting F2F with clients on at least quarterly basis.
  • Scheduling, and facilitate client meetings and candidate interviews on behalf of internal and external clients
  • Manage the day-to-day Vendor Management System (VMS) activities 
  • Maintain accuracy and efficacy of client records in our CRM 
  • Work directly with marketing team to build marketing campaigns targeted to key client requisitions/recruiting pools
  • Look holistically at candidate and VMS requisitions to create placement opportunities

Other Duties 

  • Creating measurable increases in our VMS business. This will be measured by VMS scorecards and % of overall VMS business in key accounts. 
  • Increase VMS placement rates. 
  • Assure timely job order enter and submittal times 
  • Training team on VMS account best practices.  
  • Have occasional afterhours availability for critical account management and candidate related issues
  • Meeting with IGNW MSP sponsors in person on an at least quarterly basis
  • Developing an account strategy for all assigned accounts with VP of Resourcing
  • Partner with MSP’s when appropriate to achieve KPI’s and drive continuous improvements in assigned strategic client portfolio.
  • Act as a SME on all aspects related to account activity, including but not limited; client contracts, policy and procedure, submittal process, sign-up requirements, employment eligibility, workflows, tracking, metrics and reporting

  • Experience writing technical job descriptions
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), internet sourcing tools, digital networking and campaign management
  • Ability to communicate effectively with at every level, from the administrative office to the C-Suite
  • Willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done from administrative tasks to follow through and completion
  • Ambitious Driver. Passionate about recruiting, technology and people.  Be a self-starter that will take initiative with ability to think/act independently

  • Keep abreast of trends in IT and Resourcing. 
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment 
  • Demonstrated ability and commitment to excellent customer service both internally and with our clients
  • Self-starter; works under general direction with minimum supervision and exercises independent judgment within established systems; high energy level not easily rattled by competing priorities, change, or ambiguity
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented collaborative team environment, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills
  • Ability to work cross functionally and collaboratively across a diverse range of functions and markets
  • Ability to develop and re-engineer process improvement’s, analyzing work flows, developing standard operating procedures
  • Performs data reconciliation and ability to analyze downstream impacts – account financial implications
  • Understand technical vernacular and ability to keep up with latest technology 

Educational, Experience and Work Location Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent years related experience 
  • 3+ years of staffing industry experience
  • 2+ years working directly with VMS, MSP and strategic account partners
  • Experience working in the Technology Industry
  • Experience with working with a variety of VMS systems
  • Experience gathering, analyzing, summarizing and presenting data 
  • Experience taking an intake call with end client 
  • Experience with a multitude of computer programs such as; various CRMs, ATS platforms, MS Office, G-Suite and other office software
  • Willing to work on-site out of IGNW’s Lake Oswego office location
  • Required to travel to client locations in the Portland Metro on a regular basis
  • Other travel +/-10%
