PROJECT MANAGER, HEALTH & WELLNESS
We are looking for talented Program Manager who can support the Health and Wellness team
through a rapid transformation.
Responsible for program/projects, portfolio, planning and execution of Health and Wellness initiatives
Work with product, business, and IT teams to proactively understand the backlog of priorities and creation of a roadmap, dependency mapping, intake and change request process and tracking status
Based on domain knowledge proactively identity and track cross functional dependencies
Working with IT leads, partner in vendor conversations to lead and direct statement of work creation, scoping and budget planning while also providing coaching/advisory function to vendor performance
Track and manage budgets across initiatives and develop a proactive plan to address gaps with ability to do portfolio management, project planning, budget estimation and management, resource planning and assessment, financial planning, and risk assessment
Lead and manage programs with cross-functional project teams, demonstrate a sense of urgency to drive programs and projects to completion and be successful in a collaborative environment
Develop plans and track progress of projects to successful completion, requires being in the details on specific progress of initiatives
Ensure that applicable regulatory directives are complied with e.g. HIPPA, CCPA, PII data sharing implications, ads data redactions.
Foster a strong work environment that rewards individual and team efforts; encourages creativity while maintaining high caliber productivity and quality.
Ability to handle multiple projects at any given time
Adoption of existing Project Management best practices, including the proficient use of industry standard tools, technologies, and methodologies.
Well-organized, detail oriented, has great communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Communicate status, issues, and risks to executive level stakeholders
Partner with Program/Portfolio Lead, Pharmacy Leadership Team, and others to prepare presentations and other communications for leadership/business reviews, steering committee meetings, and other forums.
Flexibility and ability to work collaboratively within a matrix, 'virtual' environment.
Requires approximately 10% travel depending upon project specifics and business locations
4-year degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, or relational functional field) and/or equivalent combination of education or work experience.
10 + years of Project/Program Manager Experience
5+ years of experience in Program Management and Portfolio Management
5+ years of experience in creating executive level summaries and presentation using tools such as MS
Experience with Agile development preferred with tools such as confluence, JIRA etc.
PMP certification preferred
Experience in Healthcare, Pharmacy, eCommerce and Retail business domains is strongly preferred
Ability to communicate, articulate and speak in business/marketing terms and creating succinct and impactful summaries is essential
Experience on working on large scale Digital Transformation initiatives
Exposure in Healthcare or Pharmacy systems with significant understanding of pharmacy security compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, 21 CFR, GxP etc.) & integration standards (e.g., HL, GS1 etc.)
Exposure in the following products or similar systems: PDX Enterprise Pharmacy System, Toshiba POS, adheres, SupplyLogix
